Westcott recalled to Columbus
| COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) -- The Columbus Blue Jackets recalled defenseman Duvie Westcott from the club's American Hockey League affiliate in Syracuse on Tuesday. Troubled by the effects of a concussion most of the season, Westcott has played in just 23 games with the Blue Jackets and eight with Syracuse this season. Westcott, 30, has one goal and three assists with the Blue Jackets this season. The Winnipeg, Manitoba, native has 11 goals and 45 assists in 201 career NHL games, all with Columbus. He had five assists with Syracuse this season. |
