Seanez re-signs with Dodgers

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Relief pitcher Rudy Seanez re-signed with the Los Angeles Dodgers, agreeing Monday to a $550,000, one-year contract.

The right-hander was 6-3 with a 3.79 ERA and one save in 73 games for the Dodgers last season. He filed for free agency after the World Series.

The 39-year-old Seanez can earn an additional $750,000 in bonuses. He would get $150,000 for making the opening-day roster, and he can make $600,000 in bonuses based on appearances.

Seanez pitched for the Dodgers from 1994-95. He has also played for Cleveland, San Diego, Atlanta, Texas, Boston, Kansas City and Florida.
